Scan and Analytics Data: When users scan dynamic QR codes created on PivotQR, we collect non-personally identifiable technical data, including visitor IP address (used for geolocation estimation and guest rate-limiting), device type, operating system, browser user-agent, and scan timestamps.

Payment Details: All payments are processed manually upon user request. We do not collect or store any payment information on our servers.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide, maintain, and generate static and dynamic QR codes.
• To provide scan analytics (total hits and device breakdown) in user dashboards.
• To enforce system rate limits including guest user IP limits.
• To send transactional emails, password resets, and subscription expiration reminders.

We use browser localStorage and essential session cookies to maintain your login state, remember studio preferences, and enforce guest download restrictions.

• Supabase: Database, file storage, and authentication.
