By accessing or using PivotQR (a service by Adlax Software), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptable Use and Illegal Content

You agree not to use PivotQR to generate QR codes or dynamic redirects pointing to phishing websites, malware, spyware, malicious software, illegal goods, illegal gambling, fraudulent schemes, or content violating intellectual property rights or local laws.

Zero Tolerance Policy: Adlax Software reserves the right to immediately disable any dynamic QR code or suspend any account found violating these rules without prior notice or refund.

2. User Accounts and Subscriptions

Free and Paid Limits: You agree to adhere to limits assigned to your tier (Guest, Free logged-in, or Pro subscriber). Attempts to bypass IP limits or account caps using automated bots are prohibited.

On-Demand Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions are provisioned on-demand upon manual request and successful payment verification.

Subscription Validity: Annual dynamic QR subscriptions require timely renewal. If a subscription expires, dynamic redirects may be paused until renewal.

3. Limitation of Liability

PivotQR is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime for dynamic redirects, Adlax Software is not liable for temporary outages, loss of scan data, or business loss resulting from unprintable or incorrectly generated QR codes. Always test your QR code before bulk printing.
