Cancellation and Refund Policy

At PivotQR (Adlax Software), we want you to be completely satisfied with our dynamic QR services.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from Dashboard Settings. After cancellation, paid features and dynamic QR codes remain active until the current billing period ends.

2. Refund Eligibility

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If technical issues prevent generating or using dynamic QR codes within seven days of initial subscription purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds are not issued if your account is suspended due to policy violations such as phishing or illegal content linking.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email pivotqrsupport@gmail.com or send an Instagram DM at instagram.com/pivotqrsupport with your registered email, payment reference or transaction ID, and reason for request.

Approved refunds are processed manually to your original payment method or bank account within five to seven business days.
